Refund Policy –Mei & Kim Singapore

By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms and conditions of this refund policy. Please be sure to review it before placing your order.


Regarding return items

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale items (unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival)

  • Electronic machines

  • Underwear, socks, shapewear, lingerie, and other items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Return acceptance period:

  • Please submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order .


How to request a return

  • Photos (if applicable, such as damaged sale items)

Cancellation of orders

As our store uses an automated shipping system, we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been placed . Please carefully check the information you have entered before placing your order.


Shipping fees for returns

**AkeonTokyo.jp will not cover the shipping costs for returns. **Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.


Return Label Requirements

Please ensure that any returned items include a return label , as items returned without a return label may not be eligible for a refund.


Sale conditions

As a general rule, sale items cannot be returned . However, if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, you can return it. In that case, please contact us with a photo as proof.


Refund process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will contact you by email to let you know whether your refund is approved. If your refund is approved, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 7 business days .


Damaged or incorrectly delivered items

If you receive a damaged item or an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us by email at support@keikoyui-fukuoka.jp within 14 days of receiving the item. Please send us details and photos and we will respond promptly.
