Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms apply to every product/service offered and every distance contract concluded with the consumer. The consumer receives them prior to concluding the contract. If the contract is concluded electronically, the terms will be provided in a way that allows for permanent storage. In case of a conflict between general and specific terms, the specific terms prevail in favor of the consumer.

Article 4 – Offer

Offers are non-binding, provide a clear description of products/services, are accurate, and are based on actual images. Prices (excluding duties and VAT), shipping costs, contract procedures, payment methods, and any exclusions of the right of withdrawal are stated.

Article 5 – Contract

The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the offer by the consumer. After concluding the contract electronically, the entrepreneur confirms receipt. The entrepreneur ensures a secure transaction environment. If there are justified doubts about the consumer’s solvency, the entrepreneur may refuse the order.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. The product must be intact, complete, and in its original packaging. The consumer informs the entrepreneur by email and returns the product within the next 14 days, covering return shipping costs.

Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

The consumer bears the cost of return shipping. If payment has been made, the amount will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the product or proof of return shipment.

Article 8 – Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

-Custom-made products,

-Hygienic products with opened packaging,

-Audio/video recordings with broken seals,

-Services started with the consumer’s consent before the end of the withdrawal period.

Article 9 – Price

Prices do not change during the validity of the offer, except for changes required by law. Prices may vary due to market fluctuations. Stated prices exclude VAT (applies to non-EU deliveries).

Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty

Products comply with the contract and description. The consumer may report a defective product within 14 days. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or self-repair.

Article 11 – Delivery and Execution

Deliveries are made with the utmost care within 30 days. In case of delays or unavailability, the consumer will be informed and may cancel the contract. The risk of loss transfers to the consumer upon delivery.

Article 12 – Long-Term Contracts

The consumer may terminate an indefinite contract at any time with one month’s notice. Contracts cannot be automatically renewed, except in cases related to magazines.

Article 13 – Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 7 days of the start of the withdrawal period. The consumer must report errors in payment details. In case of delay, the entrepreneur may charge collection costs.

Article 14 – Complaint Procedure

Complaints must be reported within 7 days. A response will be given within 30 days. In case of disputes, mediation procedures may be used.

Article 15 – Disputes

Contracts concluded under these terms are subject exclusively to Dutch law, even if the consumer resides abroad.
