Ackadeon offers this website, including all information, tools and services available through this website, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of these terms, policies and notices.
By visiting our website and/or purchasing products from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following general terms and conditions ("Terms"), as well as any additional rules and policies referenced herein and available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, sellers, buyers, suppliers and content creators.

Article 3 – Scope of application
These terms and conditions apply to all products and services offered by the Company and to distance contracts with consumers. They are provided to consumers before the conclusion of a contract and, if concluded electronically, in a format that can be stored on a durable medium. In the event of a conflict between the general terms and conditions and the specific conditions, the terms more favorable to the consumer shall prevail.
Article 4 – Offer
The offer is non-binding, clearly describes the goods or services, is accurate and based on real product photos, and includes the price (excluding customs duties and VAT), shipping costs, contractual procedures, payment methods and exceptions to the right of withdrawal.
Article 5 – Contract
A contract is formed when the consumer accepts the offer. If the contract is concluded electronically, the business confirms the acceptance. The transaction takes place in a secure environment. If there are doubts about the consumer's creditworthiness, the order can be rejected.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer can cancel the contract within 14 days for any reason. The product must be unused, complete and in its original packaging. The consumer must notify us by email and return the product within 14 days, paying the return shipping costs.
Article 7 – Revocation costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer and will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the goods or proof of dispatch, if paid.
Article 8 – Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products and services:

Services started before the withdrawal period based on the consumer's consent
Article 9 – Prices
Prices will remain unchanged during the offer period, except for changes due to legislative changes. They may fluctuate according to market prices. Prices shown do not include VAT for deliveries outside the EU.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
The product conforms to the contract and description. The consumer has 14 days to report a defect. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or self-repair.
Article 11 – Delivery and performance
Delivery will be made with the utmost care within 30 days. In the event of delays or out-of-stock items, the Consumer will be notified and may cancel the contract. Risk passes to the Consumer upon delivery.
Article 12 – Long-term Contract
Consumers can terminate non-fixed-term contracts with one month's notice. Automatic renewal is not permitted, with some exceptions, such as for periodicals.
Article 13 – Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payments are made within seven days of the start of the withdrawal period. Consumers are obliged to report any incorrect payment details. In case of delays, businesses may charge collection costs.
Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days. We will respond within 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved, arbitration is available.
Article 15 – Disputes
Contracts based on these terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law, even if the consumer resides abroad.
